Return unopened items in their original seal within 30 days for a full refund.

- We currently ship within the United States only, to all 50 states.
- Shipping options and costs are calculated and shown at checkout, based on your address and order total.
Returns
- You have 30 days from delivery to return any unopened product in its original seal for a full refund.
- For health and hygiene reasons we’re unable to accept skincare that has been opened or unsealed — the same standard applied across the industry, and the reason every CLARIYA product arrives sealed.
- If anything arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll replace it or refund you in full within 30 days and we cover return shipping. Email hello@clariya.com with a photo and we’ll take it from there.
- If a formula causes a reaction, contact us — we’ll take care of you individually, even if the product has been opened.
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving the package.
