We share data only with the suppliers we need to run the business: our payments provider, our fulfillment partners, and our shipping carriers. We do not sell personal information.

Returns & terms of sale
You have 30 days from delivery to return any unopened product in its original seal for a full refund. For health and hygiene reasons we’re unable to accept skincare that has been opened or unsealed — the same standard applied across the industry, and the reason every CLARIYA product arrives sealed. If anything arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll replace it or refund you in full within 30 days and we cover return shipping. And if a formula causes a reaction, contact us — we’ll take care of you individually, even if the product has been opened. See our Delivery & Returns page for details.
