How quickly will I see results?+
With daily use, most people notice a brighter, more even complexion from around 4 weeks. Visible fading of dark spots and post-blemish marks is typically reported from 8 weeks. Consistency and daily SPF are essential — pigmentation returns without sun protection.
Is CLARIYA suitable for darker skin tones?+
Yes. Our routine is built around 1% kojic acid, supported by Sodium PCA, Betaine, natural Vitamin C (Ascorbyl Palmitate), Vitamin E, sea-buckthorn and rosemary — a gentle blend that works well on all skin tones, including Fitzpatrick IV to VI. There are no high-strength acids or aggressive exfoliants that risk post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation on melanated skin.
Can I use the Dark Spot Serum with retinol?+
Yes, but not at the same time. Apply the Dark Spot Correcting Serum on evenings when you're not using retinol, and use retinol on alternate nights. If your skin is happy, you can gradually layer them: serum first on clean skin, retinol on top after a few minutes.
How is it delivered?+
Every order ships tracked. Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout, based on your address and order value.
What if it's not right for me?+
You have 30 days from delivery to return any unopened product in its original seal for a full refund. For hygiene and safety reasons we're unable to accept skincare that has been opened or unsealed — the same standard applied across the industry, and the reason every CLARIYA product arrives sealed. If anything arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, we'll replace it or refund you in full within 30 days and we cover return shipping. And if a formula causes an adverse reaction, contact us — we'll look after you individually, even if the product has been opened.
Is the range suitable for sensitive skin?+
Yes. Our formulas are fragrance-free, alcohol-free (in the drying sense) and dermatologically tested. If your skin is reactive, introduce the treatment serum every other evening for the first two weeks.
Can I use CLARIYA while pregnant or breastfeeding?+
The range does not contain retinoids, hydroquinone or high-dose salicylic acid. We still recommend running any routine past your GP or midwife during pregnancy, as personal medical advice takes precedence over any general guidance we can give.
What about melasma?+
Melasma is a medical condition and is best managed with a GP or dermatologist — not a cosmetic product. CLARIYA is a cosmetic routine for the appearance of post-blemish marks and general dark spots. Some customers with melasma use it as part of a wider plan agreed with their doctor, but we don't market it as a melasma treatment.
Can it help acne scars?+
CLARIYA helps fade the appearance of post-blemish marks — the flat red or brown marks acne leaves behind. It does not treat indented, pitted or textural scars, which need professional in-clinic treatments such as microneedling, subcision or laser resurfacing.
